University of Arizona Arbor de la Vida Hall

Arbor de la Vida (Tree of Life) is one of two complexes that make up the 6^th Street Residence Halls in UofA’s Highland District housing area. Originally designed as a multi-building Honor dorm, the facility will be converted to all-student housing as of 2019. The 6-story structures are connected by sky-bridges and provide on-campus housing for 724 students in a highly sustainable facility.

The structure was delivered via CMAR with CORE Construction. Designed to foster community, the dorm features office suites, a conferencing center, living-learning classrooms, multiple study and gathering areas, and extensive student amenities and courtyards in addition to the large student housing component.
