MWG’s Newest Principal, Andy DiLeo, P.E., S.E.
Martin, White & Griffis Structural Engineers, Inc. is pleased to announce our newest principal, Andy DiLeo, P.E., S.E. Since joining MWG in 2005, Andy has had a significant impact on the collaborative design process while leading the project team throughout the construction phase. As Senior Project Manager and Structural Engineer with MWG, Andy has a diverse project experience including multi-story education facilities, renovations and expansions, municipal, healthcare facilities, office buildings and recreational structures.
Some of Andy’s favorite projects with MWG have been the Banner University Medical Center Tower and the UA Skaggs Pharmacy Renovation and Addition. The Banner project was large in size and in its impact on the community of Tucson. The Skaggs project was not large in scale but as an expansion of an existing facility, it demanded a number of creative solutions.
Andy is a graduate of the University of Arizona with a Bachelors in Civil Engineering. He is also currently serving as the President for the Structural Engineers Association of Arizona for the second term after previously serving for two terms as Secretary. He has a great commitment and passion for the Structural Engineering profession and community. In his free time, Andy enjoys relaxing with his wife Jessica and their dog Louie. Now that they can’t travel, he’s been spending time on projects around the house including sketching up a pool as part of a full backyard renovation.
Please join us in congratulating Andy as the newest Principal at Martin, White & Griffis.
