Project Description

University of Arizona Chemistry Building

The University of Arizona’s Chemistry Building is a new, multi-story facility that consolidated the Chemistry instruction and research programs into one central location.

The 85,661 GSF structure houses organic, inorganic, analytical and physical chemistry research laboratories, laboratory support spaces, a Class 1000 Cleanroom, instrument laboratories, faculty and student offices, and administrative support spaces. Delivered via CMAR, the project was completed in collaboration with ZGF Architects and Hensel Phelps Construction.
