Copper Sky Hopsital, MOB, Hotel, and Parking Garage

This mixed-use project includes a 7-story, 140,000-SF hotel, a multi-family lofts project, a three-story, 160,000-SF hospital, a three-story, 100,000-SF MOB, and a two-story, 124,200-SF parking structure. The hotel features a second-floor pool deck, a restaurant, conference areas, and a basement. The hospital will be a Level III trauma center, including an emergency department and a rooftop heliport. The third floor includes a bridge connecting to the MOB containing an ambulatory surgery center.

The Medical Campus features patient-centric services and a high-quality staff experience, seamlessly integrating healthcare and hospitality with advanced design and a collegial working environment. The Campus supports the community with an ER and hospital and a life science building integrated with an advanced sports medicine program. The outpatient ambulatory surgery center (ASC) and medical office building (MOB) offer a variety of medical offices, healthcare providers, and services. To attract a large talent pool of knowledge and medical staff, the design includes short and long-term luxury lofts as well as a hotel to serve medical professionals, out-of-town visitors, and families. The total project size is 7000-SF.
