Principal

Warren joined the firm in 1978 and has participated in its evolution over the last 43 years. His professional background has included a diversity of project types, structural systems, delivery methods, municipalities, and clients. Over his 40 years of practice, Warren has experienced the continuing evolution of building codes, analysis methods and structural model techniques, and construction methods. A sampling of project types includes hospitals and medical facilities, laboratory and research buildings, airports, education facilities, and historic building restoration. Because of his longevity in the profession, Warren provides valuable insight and direction in the early stages of project strategizing.

Where are you from?

A native Arizonan, with my first 20 years in Phoenix and the latter years in Tucson.

What are your hobbies?

Playing blues/rock guitar and acoustic guitar, guitar modifications and rebuilds, and cycling.

What do you love most about where you live?

No hurricanes, tornadoes, earthquakes, or volcanoes.

What is an interesting fact about yourself?

I have accumulated well over 100 guitars (no longer counting) over the years. When I am asked the question “How many guitars do you need?” my response is always, “Just one more.”
