Tubac Fire Station

The Tubac Fire Station completed by MWG consists of a 9,200 square foot fire station designed to blend with the residential scale of the area. With 3 apparatus bays, a Captain’s Quarters/Office, and dorms for housing 6 firefighters and an EMT Unit, the facility supports a number of home-like amenities, including a kitchen/dining facility, exercise room, watch room, dayroom, public workroom, triage area, and storage. Construction on the nearly $2.5 million facility utilized BIM technologies and was completed on behalf of the Breckenridge Group with Lang Wyatt Construction.
