Fort Belvior Shopping Center Expansion

The project comprises a 45,000-SF addition, and a 130,000-SF remodeled existing Shopping Center building. The structural system consists of a steel roof system, a CMU wall, and a self-supporting mezzanine storage area with conventional spread footings. Construction Cost: $35M. Construction Completed: 2015. LEED Silver.
