As Director of Business Development & Marketing, Deann ensures the firm stays in front of the competition by building a growing base of business and evolving business development and strategic marketing. She collaborates with the Leadership Team to engage with client organizations that are top prospects within the MWG’s focus markets and improve and expand relationships with our key clients.
