Project Description

Chandler Fire Station #2811

Completed via CM-at-Risk delivery, the Chandler Fire Station #2811 is a more than 11,000 square foot facility providing three service bays and living quarters for firemen. The nearly $4 million structure was designed by Breckenridge Group and constructed by Danson Construction. The structure is comprised of metal deck over steel joists that span between CMU walls and steel beams, providing a straightforward but elegant structural solution for the newest firehouse in the City.

MWG provided structural design as well as special inspections for the project, which serves one of the fastest growing areas in Arizona.
